Another New Fitted Oak Floor

I’ve just finished another fitted oak floor. With wood floors, you have to leave an expansion gap around the edges to give the floor room to expand, if you don’t leave the gap, there is a high risk of the floor buckling. To cover the gap, we use beading, on this job it was white in colour which ties in with the skirting boards nicely, and is much less obvious than wood colour beading.

Very happy with this one.
