Whitewashed Oak Engineered Floor

Lat week saw the fitting of a beautiful whitewashed oak floor in an upstairs flat in Putney, right by the river.

Again, as it was an upstairs flat, I had to use an accoustic barrier underlay to make sure that the downstairs neighbours will not not bothered by noise from the wood floor.

It was quite a mission getting all the materials up to the second floor, particularly the rolls of underlay as they are so heavy, but with help from my assistant Chris, we managed to get it all up there in the end!
